About Me

Hello, and welcome. My name is Martin Pittman, M.S., LPC, and I believe counseling is most effective when it is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to personal growth.

Life is full of challenges, and there are times when having support can make all the difference. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, or spiritual concerns, counseling can provide a safe environment to gain clarity and develop practical tools. Through our work together, we can pursue positive change and build the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.

My primary counseling approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches allow me to combine compassion, practical problem-solving, and personalized care tailored to your unique needs and goals. We will identify the concerns that brought you to counseling, develop a plan that fits your circumstances, and focus on meaningful steps toward the life you want to live. My goal is to create an atmosphere where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the counseling process.

I am a graduate of Abilene Christian University and am proud to have been part of the Abilene community for more than 21 years. I have been married to my incredible wife for 16 years, and we are blessed to be raising three amazing boys.

Seeking help is often the hardest step, but it can also be the beginning of greater well-being. If you are ready to move toward greater hope, healing, and growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
