I see clients Monday - Friday. My first session of the day is at 8:00 am each day. My final session of the day Monday - Thursday is at 5:00 pm, and my final session of the day on Friday is at 1:00 pm.

My standard rate is $125 per session. However, many clients use their health insurance benefits, which can significantly reduce their out-of-pocket costs. I am in-network with most major insurance plans.
If you contact me directly, I can verify your insurance benefits and help you understand your expected costs, including any copays, deductibles, or coinsurance that may apply. This can provide a clearer picture of what counseling will cost under your specific policy.
For those paying privately, I also offer reduced-fee appointments based on household income. If cost is a concern, please feel free to contact me to discuss whether a sliding-scale rate may be available.
-
I accept most major insurance companies, such as Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, Scott and White, TriCare, United, and more. Please contact me if you have questions about your insurance and what your policy covers.
-
I work with ages 10 and up.

Yes, I provide both. Please let me know if you would like to schedule a virtual or telephone session when you submit your contact form.

Counseling can be beneficial for anyone facing emotional, relational, spiritual, or mental health challenges. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from counseling.
